Schedules of condition

Our surveyor-expert is good at capturing the real estate situation as it really is. Very often such a state of affairs is crucial as evidence later on. We therefore advise to have a schedule of condition drawn up each time future discussions are possible.

As a contractor or builder you would like to capture the situation before and after the construction work with a view to disputes later on. Our surveyor-expert makes a jointly agreed report of the schedule of condition.

As a landlord or tenant you are perhaps required to have a schedule of condition drawn up so you can register it together with the lease.

We always work independent when drawing up a schedule of conditions. Moreover, our schedules of conditions are always jointly agreed. All parties involved get a copy with photos (or film) and a detailed description, drawn up by our surveyor-expert.
