Takeoffs and certificates of practical completion
Most of the takeoff is based on estimated quantities. We can determine the correct quantities for your settlement from the drawings, but also by measuring the realized construction. In case of earth moving for (building) excavations and embankments and in case of different soil types multiple measurement sessions can be necessary. With large-scale renovations it is sometimes desirable that some things are listed and/or measured.
We gladly support contractors and cost estimators if takeoffs have yet to be made or verified. For all the parts of the specification we can make takeoffs in accordance with the standards or requirements of the architect. We will provide you with the quantities, a summary and a clear report.
